This session is a mix of education, assessment, and goal-setting discussing your pre-screening questionnaire in detail.
✔ Current Nutrition & Fitness Habits – What you eat, your training routine, and lifestyle.
✔ Health History – Past injuries, medical conditions, or medications that might impact training or nutrition.
✔ Mindset & Relationship with Food – Emotional eating, restrictive habits, disordered eating concerns.
✔ Lifestyle Factors – Work schedule, family responsibilities, sleep, stress levels, economic restraints.
If I notice concerns beyond my scope—I collaborate with allied health professionals to support your journey.
✔ Dieticians – If you have clinical dietary needs (e.g., IBS, diabetes, severe food intolerances, disordered eating habits, RED-S).
✔ Physiotherapists/Chiropractors – For injury rehab, mobility issues, chronic pain management.
✔ Psychologists/Therapists – If emotional eating, body image struggles, or disordered eating patterns arise.
✔ Doctors/Endocrinologists – For hormonal imbalances, thyroid issues, or medical concerns affecting energy levels.
Referral Process:
If needed, I explain why a referral is beneficial and connect the client with trusted professionals.
I stay in communication (with the client’s permission) to ensure their nutrition & training plans align with medical guidance.
I integrate feedback from these experts into my coaching—so the client gets a holistic, well-rounded approach.
For 1:1 coaching I will guide you through your program together & provide feedback & lifestyle habits to work on during the week.
For online programming/nutrition coaching you can access your individualised training and nutrition program through the Everfit app. I will provide detailed notes and instructions for your workouts and nutrition plan.
You’ll have weekly interaction and open communication with your coach, with messaging and monthly progress reviews. I am with you for the long game and will help you navigate your goals and the evolution of your fitness & nutrition journey throughout every stage of your life.
