You will be sent your Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire & Medical forms to fill out. Complete your questionnaires and submit your equipment list (for online programming only). Your answers help your me design your perfect fitness plan.
To get you started, I'll run you through an assessment. You’ll perform a variety of movement tests to identify your current skill level as well as establish your baseline level of strength and endurance. As you progress in your training, we will revisit your assessments, monitor progress, and ensure that you are constantly moving forward towards your goals.
For 1:1 coaching I will guide you through your program together & provide feedback & lifestyle habits to work on during the week. I will provide any extra sessions for you to complete on your own.
For online programming you can access your individualised training and lifestyle program through the TrueCoach app on your phone. I will provide detailed notes and instructions for your workout.
At the end of each training session you will update your training stats, review your performance, and chat about your training. I use this data to guide your monthly progress reviews.
Our coaching relationships don’t stop when you finish your training session. I help you to assess your nutrition habits and hold you accountable to the lifestyle & nutrition plan for your goals.
I am invested in you as a person, not just as a client. I will help you find ways where you can treat your mental health and body better, so that your performance is optimal. I will help you stay true to who you are and what you want to achieve in and out of the gym.
You’ll have weekly interaction and open communication with your coach, with messaging and monthly progress reviews. I am with you for the long game and will help you navigate your goals and the evolution of your fitness journey throughout every stage of your life.

My name is Emily and I am located on the Sydney Northern Beaches. My mission is to educate women on the benefits of strength training that go beyond aesthetics. I want to inspire women to embrace strength training and that lifting weights will make you a better version of yourself! I will help you explore the incredible things your body can do, and take the focus away from exercise always being used to "lose weight" and to be "less". I want to help you feel in tune and empowered in your body, as well as feeling fitter, stronger, and more confident inside and out.
Coaching women is not a one-size-fits all approach. We are unique individuals that are at different stages in our lives.
